Training Log, Feb 19~25

2/23:  I’m finally starting to feel a little better today so I picked up the LP10 and dry fired for about 30 minutes.  The long brake is now becoming evident as my arm has lost strength and endurance.  Lots of muscle burn and wobbling.  I only really noticed the wobble in the last 10 minutes though, as the first 20 I spent just on a blank wall working on sight alignment and trigger.  Better than nothing.

2/25: I ended up lifting weights first thing this morning before a planned trip to the “city” for a date day with my wife.  No shooting this week.  Time to try and get the motivational ball rolling again, a weak point with me.  It just seems to take SO much effort to get moving again.  Thankfully, the one big jump-start for that is having a match looming, and the next one is three short weeks away on March 17th.
